Note: this event is only open to Third Call projects.

Topics at the seminar included the NPA programme eligibility rules, State Aid rules and an introduction to the on-line project reporting module in the electronic monitoring system (eMS) and other project implementation topics. Projects also had the opportunity to discuss with their  NPA Desk officer implementation issues and project conditions set by the NPA Monitoring committee.
