Programme result indicators aim to capture the change that the programme is contributing to in the programme area over the entire programme period. Result indicators have been defined for each of the 6 specific objectives. To measure the change, baseline values for the year 2015 needed to be established, and target values for the years 2017, 2019, and finally 2023 were set. 

Following MC endorsement, the baseline and target values will be submitted to the European Commission, thereby fulfilling an important step in the formalities following programme adoption.
