Preparatory projects are an important tool for development of strong and well-balanced main project applications.
The purpose of preparatory projects is to develop project ideas in a more specific and focused direction, to examine the need for the project outputs among end users and stakeholders and to build up transnational partnerships.
In a preparatory project organisations new to the NPA can test themselves in the role of project lead partners or partners. These projects are short and easier to coordinate than main projects, they enable partnerships to build a strong network and a quality project proposal.
Both, experienced and inexperienced project partners are encouraged to apply and use the preparatory projects for establishing new connections and develop their main project.
