Summary

Song Writers of the Arctic Network - SWAN will solve the basic problem of professional isolation and poor global market reach. Through the establishment of a Support Service, the project will provide place-based solutions by combining regional/transnational network clusters and match-making workshops that bring together songwriters/producers and representatives from the global music industry.

The objective of the preparatory project is to develop a high quality main project application.
