Project StartUpNorth

Project Acronym StartUpNorth
Project Title StartUpNorth

Summary

The novelty and objective of the main project is to co-create, collaboratively, and test new multi-actor based service delivery models which are cost-effective and transferable. Challenges in delivering health and social care services equally are crucial in rural areas. The expected outputs of the main project are 4 different evaluated multi-actor based service delivery models: 1) municipalities and SMEs’ services; 2) municipalities, SMEs’ and voluntary sector services; 3) SMEs’ and voluntary sector services; and 4) municipalities and voluntary sector services. These models contain various service delivery solutions in practice. Stakeholders of the project, local, regional and national public authorities, voluntary workers (including third sector) and SMEs, get support for conducting and developing more effective solutions. Finally, rural residents may benefit through more equal, better quality and cost-effective services.

Objectives

The objective of the preparatory project is to develop a high quality main project application.
